For any FIT booking, cancellation of the guaranteed reservations needs to be made before 10:00AM on the day of arrival to avoid any penalty. However, should the cancellation be made after 10:00AM or if the guest does not show up on the day of arrival, a one-night room charge as penalty will be incurred. The check-in time is
after 12:00 on the day and the check-out time is before12:00 noon next day. It is recommended that all your reservations are to be guaranteed with credit card details or with a letter of guarantee from your company
regardless of arrival time. Room space will be held up to 18:00 for non-guaranteed reservations, after which time we reserve the right to release the room space in the event that we are booked up to capacity. Room space will be held up to 6:00 the following day for guaranteed reservations
