The Urban Hideaway requires 7 days notice for all cancellations during mid and high seasons (April - October) and 72 hours notice during low season (November - March). All reservations by internet require submission a minimum of 48 hours before intended arrival time. All reservations require a valid credit card number with expiry. Cancellations submitted with sufficient notification (as specified above) may be subject to a 10% fine by the booking website.
