How do you know if rooms are available or not?

RoomCRS.com has developed PMS (Property Management System) which is built to communicate with hotels in real time. Hotel affiliates world wide log on to RoomCRS.com and manage prices, room availabilities and bookings in real time. All you have to do is log on to RoomCRS.com and see if rooms are available in your destination.

How much does hotel charge when I check-in with children?

Hotels can submit their own policy on RoomCRS.com website for customer to see prior to their arrival. According to RoomCRS policy, children under age of 7 will not be charged for rooms unless the policy is posted otherwise by the hotel. Most hotels do offer child discounts, but they vary between properties.

How much does it cost to book online and how do you pay for the rest of payment?

A 10% deposit for hostels is required based on the price listed on the hotels listed on our website. This deposit will be subtracted from the full amount of room rates upon payment at hostel. The rest of payment can be made by credit card or traveler’s check. If hotel has own terms of payment policy, the payment will be made accordingly.

Do I need to have a credit card?

Yes, you do. You will need a credit card to pay for 10% deposit. If you use someone else's credit card, you can still pay for the deposit. However, you need a different form of payment on the rest of charge at the hotel.

Which credit / debit cards can I use to make payment?

We currently accept Visa, Master card, American Express, Most of debit cards may be used if they contain a Visa logo or Master logo facility or if the hotel you are booking accepts your credit card, you can book with RoomCRS.

Are my credit card and personal details secured?

Our site is secure — upon entering your details, these will be encrypted and secured through VERISIGN. This is currently the most up to date and reliable security standard available on the Internet and will ensure that any information that you submit, including your credit card information, will remain completely confidential and secure. We store a minimum of customer information and we never pass this on to any other company or supplier.

What currency will I pay in?

You have the option before searching availability to see our prices in any type of currency. If you do not select specific currency you will see the price with local currency. For example, if you are searching hotels in Paris France, you will see the room price with EURO. When you make a reservation we will charge down payment with USA Dollars on your credit card.

Does room price include tax?

Most of hostels do not include tax, but a few hostels require tax. Before booking, please refer to hotel’s policy.

How do I cancel my reservation or make any changes to it?
|

If you need to cancel your reservation, you must first log in and go to "My Bookings". On my bookings page, click book reference number to see detailed booking information. On the bottom of the screen, you will find "Cancel Booking" and click on it. We strongly recommend that you send E-mail or contact through phone to hotel reservation department regarding your cancellation. Each hotel has different policy. Please make sure you understand hotel's cancellation policy so that you will not be charged for anything that you didn't expect to.

Do I have to re-confirm my booking?

No - once your booking is made with us, the hotel receives your details automatically. Your online booking is stored in our system and you can always check out your bookings by going to "My Bookings" or reviewing E-mails sent to you.

What is booking fee?

We are the real time online booking service provider. To provide the secured, safe and guaranteed bookings, non-refundable booking fee applies to each booking.

Are booking fee and deposit refundable?
|

A 10% deposit for hostels is required based on the price listed on the hotels listed on our website. If you cancel your booking, booking fee and deposit are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that your travel schedule is final.

What documentation will I receive after making my booking?
|

Immediately after booking you will receive an email from us confirming your booking details and giving you the link to your voucher. Simply print off the voucher and give it to the hotel reception on arrival to prove you've booked and paid through RoomCRS. If you don’t have voucher or printed E-mail, give the book reference number and your name.

What happens if I don't show up at the hotel without cancelling the booking?

It is the best that you contact the hotel when you need to cancel your booking. In the event of no-show without cancellation, the hotel has the right to charge the first night's accommodation unless stated otherwise by the hotel.
